Parametric BIM families to place cast-in collars in your Revit model and schedule them alongside the rest of the build.

Collars install flush with the underside of the slab, which must be at least 150 mm thick. The standard collar height is 250 mm; the top can be trimmed to slab level on site if desired, and 50 mm stackable extensions build up for slabs deeper than 250 mm. Confirm the cut height and the annular gap detail against the installation instructions and the project specification.
